How big are the textures for this model?
All the wood textures are 4K, and they are tileable. A couple of supporting textures, screw heads and an "orange peel" normal map, are smaller: 1k and 512px respectively.
Could this model be used for real-time applications?
The model uses subdivision-surfaces and high resolution textures, but you could bake normal maps or bevels into the raw geometry if you needed to, since all the UVs fit in 0-1 space without any overlap. On its own, the model already works with Blender Eevee, but really it is designed for offline rendering with Blender Cycles.
