The BrandonVille Commercial pack is a set of 15 commercial buildings, including:

- Office Buildings

- Fast food restaurant

- Gas station

- Strip mall 

- Retail stores

This pack is designed to go with the BrandonVille Residential Houses Pack. 

These are low-poly with 6K baked PBR textures that are ready to be exported to other software programs. The glass elements on each building have been added to a vertex group so the windows can easily be swapped to a glass material of your choice...if you'd like.

The .blend file has the textures packed into it, but I've included the textures as a separate (and optional) download as well - in case you want a backup. 

For personal or commercial use.
