This scene have all textures incrusted in the blend. file so you only need open in blender 2.8 and press render :D

You can use this product for non commercial and commercial purposes (use models or materials for make client renders) but can't resell this product.

Warning: Blender use much memory because the scene has high-res textures and complex indirect lighting.

Why the kitchen lighting is different in cycles?
in the kitchen part the lighting in cycles is different because eevee not recognize blackbody node for lights, so I use a simple RGB color for eevee temperature light.
For a correct light color in cycles, set RGB color from the kitchen lights to white.
