swap the multiresolution to change the muscle definition, just click the folder icon in the multires modifier and choose between included multires presets
use the armature to pose the character, It's a slightly altered rigify rig, so you might need to have the rigify add-on enabled

the mesh is 6155 verts, It's mostly quads, but there are 4 tris, one on each thumb, under the thumbnails and one in each nostril, so they shouldn't make a difference
