High quality, Fire Ant 3D model to use in your projects. 

Based on the Red Imported Fire Ant (Solenopsis invicta)
Model is highly adaptable to a variety of uses including games, scientific illustration and infographics. 

Single poly mesh, looks great with one subdivision level. Modelled to a length of approx 1 blender unit (easier to adapt to your project's scale).

Model comes with simple but functional rig, easy to pose and animate- play with the controls to see what they do. Animations file contains 4 NLA actions- Idle, walk, bite (downwards) and threaten.

This model works well with only a single material though you can add more if desired.
