Yes. UVs-unwrapped and textured.
Can I add a different texture to the model?
Yes, just import the texture and change it on the material tab.
How's the scene organized?
All the objects in the scene are grouped in collections which can be turned on or off and easily appended to other Blender files.
How many files do I get?
Just one packed .blend files with two scenes. You can switch scene form the dropdown menu on top right corner.
