The Blender file has 3 collections inside. Please use Infrared_thermometer only: You can simply select the collection called Infrared_thermometer , copy it and paste it in your own project.

You'll find a .psd file called LCD_screen_editable.psd that will allow you to edit the text and digits of the thermometer screen to suite your needs.

I'm not providing any font used within it but I recommend looking for any OFL (Open Font License) based font with a digital LCD style and an extra font for other onscreen messages also under this specific free for commercial use OFL license (I used Mulinito OFL SIL Open Font License) in this case.

Please note that although this model has only 1.001 faces without subdivision surface modifier applied, have all square textures, proper individual uv mapping  for every object and topology is all made of quads, this model is not PBR ready as textures have different sizes, shaders have not all the minimum texture channels to meet PBR standards and geometry has some open holes.
