  Very cool tool! Some things to point though: it could count on fewer objects in the scene to perform the operations, since it's hard to append them together through asset library and sort of thing. Secondly: the texture bugs when the thickness is zero, and there could have an option to not fully close the lace radius, but to leave it open against the surface for poly count reason. Apart from that, really nice tool!

  This saves me an incredible amount of time and frustration with manual lacing. Imo it's the hardest part of making certain types of assets, like shoes or laced corsets, etc. so this saves all that headache, and it's incredibly easy to use. Thank you so much for this!

  I have always found Blender a drag when it comes to laces. Not anymore. The Laces Generator is such a simple and elegant solution. I hope, in the future, it comes to include high and low poly baking options like the Beltmaker has.
