Lumos is a light editor & manager. It will allow you to speed up your lighting process and will bring you some additional features.

This addon will give you access to a lights panel that will list all the lights of your scene with their main parameters.

Now you can change your light settings directly from your 3D View without having to go to the properties panel.

In addition, Lumos come with pie menus that will give you more flexibility in your creation process.
