This set contains the original PNG file versions so you can use them with any DCC tools and don't need Blender for the basic use of decal.

To use import using the respective plugins or extract the archive to your library.

To use the decals without having the Blender Addons or in other DLC like Maya etc. Simply extract the archives and copy the PNG files from there.
