Here's one of my first model: very basic and simple but still useful in many scenes.

The model has proper real world scale and is ready to use for your visualization, it comes with textures: if you're planning to put many copies of the chair in your scene, the texture will be unwrapped differently for each copy following the coordinates of the object.
