Included renders were rendered using the cycles engine but you can render using the eevee engine as well. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Blender 2.82.

You can use this scene for a number of things. You can use it as an area as part of an animation, background area in a scene. These are just some examples but there are many things you can do. You could also take the invidiual models you want from the scene and append them to a new project and create something new.

In any Blend file go to "File > External Data > Find Missing Files" and choose the textures folder included. This will find all of the missing textures within the textures folder.

If you are on Windows you can try using 7Zip to extract the files as that is what I used to create the archive.
