When you open the .blend file all materials and textures will apply automatically, if not, make sure the unzipped "textures" folder is located in the same folder with .blend file.

With this purchase you will get 2 files with animated character, however there are also "mixamo.fbx" file which can be used in mixamo.com to generate new animations (it is totally free and you only need to create an account).
