Integration Instructions


Appending Models in Blender

  1. Download and Unzip: Download the Optimized Race Track Props Collection and unzip the file to access the FBX and Blend files, along with textures.
  2. Open Blender: Launch Blender and open your existing project or start a new one.
  3. Append Models:
  1. Go to File > Append.
  2. Navigate to the folder where you unzipped the asset pack.
  3. Choose the Blend file.
  4. Select the object(s) you want to append and click Append from Object Library.

Set Up Materials: The materials should automatically link if the textures are in the same directory. If not, manually assign the textures by selecting the object, going to the Material Properties tab, and linking the appropriate textures.


Importing FBX Files

  1. Download and Unzip: Download the Optimized Race Track Props Collection and unzip the file to access the FBX files and textures.
  2. Open Your 3D Software: Launch your 3D software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.) and open your existing project or create a new one.
  3. Import FBX File:
  4. Go to File > Import > FBX.
  5. Navigate to the folder where you unzipped the asset pack.
  6. Select the desired FBX file and click Import FBX.
  7. Set Up Materials:
  8. If the materials do not automatically link, select the imported model.
  9. Open the Material Properties tab.
  10. Assign the included textures to the corresponding material slots (e.g., diffuse, normal, specular).

Viewing on Sketchfab

You can also purchase the Optimized Race Track Props Collection on Sketchfab, where you can view a 3D preview of the assets. This allows you to inspect the quality and detail of each prop before making a purchase.
