Because I didn't say it on video, and lot of beginner of blender don't know it, lot of add-on need check on the File->User Preferences->file->auto run python scripts, include this add-on : )

The tool will do everything for you, so you don't need worry about rigging thing, just focus on Animation

If the tool goes wrong, first check if the version is newest on Update Log

if the version is newest, then congratulations, you meet the bug, you can post on GitHub,  or tell me here, well, hope you never did...
