As the last preview image shows the materials have frames labeled UV Map Non-Overlapping and UV Map Overlapping.  Connect the nodes from the frame corresponding to the UV layout you would like to use.  Rerouters have been provided and positioned (close to their connection point) in the materials to make it less confusing.
