I have downloaded all *.zip files but only the 1st one is extractable.
You need 7-zip to extract all zip files correctly.
I don't see any materials
Make sure that you have installed the material in the correct directory. The install and the file path directory in Blender must be the same.
Does the product contain HDRI files?
Not at this time.
