This Architectural ornament  is built to real world size and specification. There is a rigged 2.8 blender file. This rigged version is using an armature for the ease of placement. The entire model is UVed and uses both image and  image textures .

The model contains two newel posts, A right and left. Top and bottom railings and the center filigree ornament.  The newel posts are separate so they can be place individually. There is a Bottom filigree that is also set up and with the posts. Also the top and bottom railing are seperates. The rig uses WGT shapes for animating.
