Textures Pbr Floor Terracotta + Sbsar
Load the textures into the PBR shader. To apply the displacement, use the "displace" modifier and load the texture "displacement". To use the sbsar make sure you have installed the Xolotl Substance addon. If you need more help please send me a message.
